Brie omelette with chicory salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: sunflower oil, potato wedges (a 450 g), garlic, red pepper, chicory (750 g), honey mustard dressing (bottle of a 270 ml), brie (250 g) and eggs.

Heat oil in a large frying pan.

In this potato parts brown boxes.

Arrange regularly.

Meanwhile, garlic peel and chop.

If potatoes are brown, roast garlic for 1 min.

Cut sweet pepper and chicory into long strips.

Cut brie into small pieces.

Eat eggs with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat residual oil in frying pan.

Give eggs in, distribute brie over them.

Place the egg on a pan with a lid on a low heat and bake light brown on the bottom.

Place omelette on large plate, fold it double and cut it in four.

Place omelet on 4 plates.
