Tortilla with stir-fried pork chop and cauliflower


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cauliflower (in florets), solid potatoes (scrubbed), olive oil, onions (in thin rings), eggs, shoulder chops, smoked bacon (125 g), broad beans (300 g and frozen).

Directions

  1. Cook the cauliflower in 8 minutes until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile cut the potatoes into thin slices.
  3. Drain the cauliflower.
  4. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a small frying pan and fry the potato slices for 3 min.
  5. Add the onion and cook for 2 min.
  6. Add the eggs, stir a little and spread with the rest of the mixture in the pan.
  7. Fry the tortilla on low heat for 10 minutes until done.
  8. Turn halfway.
  9. In the meantime cut the meat from the bone and cut the pork chop into pieces.
  10. Heat the rest of the oil in a second frying pan and fry the bacon for 4 minutes.
  11. Add the pieces of pork chop and cook for 2 minutes.
  12. Add the cauliflower and green beans, scoop and cook for another 3 minutes until the green beans are tender.
  13. Season with salt and pepper.
  14. Remove the tortilla from the pan, cut in four and spread over the plates.
  15. Serve with the stir-fried vegetables and the meat..
