Brie with thyme honey and grapes
A tasty French recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: liquid honey, thyme, hazelnuts ((bag 75 g), coarsely chopped), brie and seedless white grapes (box 500 g).
Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
Heat the honey with the sprigs of thyme slowly in a saucepan.
Allow to cool down and remove the thyme.
Roast the hazelnuts in a dry frying pan with a non-stick coating.
Cut the brie into 8 thin slices, spread over 4 ovenproof plates and brush the top with a thin layer of thyme honey.
Place the grapes next to it and put the plates in the oven for 2 minutes until the top of the brie is melted.
Sprinkle the dish with the nuts.
Tasty with thinly sliced, crusty baguette..
