Quiche with brie and pieces of apple and walnuts.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Cut the celery into bows and chop the walnuts coarsely.

Line the greased mold with the thawed puff pastry.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the celery for 5 minutes.

Spoon the celery with ¾ of the walnuts in the form. Beat the eggs with the cottage cheese and pour over the celery.

Cut the brie into slices. Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core and cut into pieces. Place the brie and apple on the filling in a circular fashion.

Sprinkle with the rest of the walnuts. Fry in 35-40 minutes until golden brown and done. Bon appétit! .
