Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes until done, pour them and stamp them to puree.
  2. Place the mashed potatoes on the dough sheets and make a well. Break 1 egg above the dimple and distribute tuna, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the dough borders with egg white. Fold the dough sheets diagonally to a triangle or half-moon and press the dough edges firmly together.
  4. Heat a layer of oil in a wok and carefully place the briks in the hot oil. Fry for 10-15 minutes until the briks are golden brown and cooked.
  5. Drizzle the briks with lemon juice.
