Brioche (eggbread)
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sugar, dried yeast (13 g), eggs, flour, salt, soft cream butter and butter (to grease).

Roast in cup of sugar in 1 tablespoon of lukewarm water. Add yeast, stir and leave for about 2 minutes. Beat eggs with fork. Above bowl flour seven, sprinkle salt along edge. Add butter and eggs. Mix with mixing kneader and add yeast solution. Kneading until smooth dough is created. Cover the dough in the bowl with a damp tea towel and allow to rise for approx. 30 minutes. Knead dough. Grease brioche mold. Dough short dough, take a small piece of dough and turn it into a ball. Place the dough in shape and place the ball on the middle. Cover with tea towel and let rise again for approx. 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to approx. 200 ºC or gas oven position 4. Shift the oven in the middle of the oven. Switch the oven back to approx. 175 ºC or gas oven 3 after approx. 10 minutes and bake for approx. 20 minutes again. Turn the mold over grate and let brioche cool down.
