British patties
A nice English recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, potato cooking (peeled), celeriac (peeled), winter carrot, onion (chopped), Worcestershire sauce (bottle 150 ml), chopped half-to-half, buttered puff pastry ((pack 450 g, frozen ), thawed), butter and egg (whipped).

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Cut the potato, celeriac and carrot into cubes of 1 x 1 cm. Mix with the onion and Worcestershire sauce through the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper.

Stick 2 slices of puff pastry together to create a rectangle. Press the overlapping edge.

Divide the filling over the middle of the dough. Put 15 g of butter on each portion. Fold in the 4 ends of the puff pastry and press it around. Press a scallop pattern in the edge with thumb and forefinger. Repeat with the rest of the patties. Brush with the egg and bake for about 35 minutes in the oven.
