Directions

  1. Scampi defrost and pat dry.
  2. In a large bowl mix sweet soy sauce, garlic, knife-tipped chilli, lime juice, caster sugar and oil.
  3. Scampi marinate for 30 min.
  4. Heat up the grill pan.
  5. Scampi on high heat in 3-4 minutes brown and cooked to roast, turn regularly and brush with marinade..
