Potato omelette with chorizo
A tasty Spanish recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, eggs, dried Provençal herbs, freshly ground black pepper, chorizo sausage (finely chopped), pre-cooked potato, onion (in thin segments), sao jorge ((Spanish cheese), grated) and olive oil.

In, eggs can be whipped with 2 tbsp water, Provençal herbs, salt and pepper. Mix chorizo in bowl with potato and onion.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Quarter of potato mixture for 5-6 minutes baking. Spread the egg mixture over it and let it solidify. Sprinkle some cheese over it and put the pan under the gourmet grill until the top of the omelette turns light brown.
