Chicken fillet in teriyaki marinade
A tasty asian recipe. The lactose-free side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, garlic and dark caster sugar.

Squeeze the garlic over a bowl and grate the ginger root above it. Mix with the sesame oil and season with pepper.

Place the chicken tenderloins in the marinade and let stand for at least 15 minutes. Stir together the soy sauce, the sherry and the sugar until sugar is dissolved.

Heat a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken tenderloins around light brown.

Add a generous portion of the soy sauce and let it simmer until the chicken tenderloins are tender. Times regularly.

Spoon on the plates and garnish with for example watercress.
