Caribbean pineapple salad


A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, sunflower oil, lime (squeezed), chives ((a 25 g), finely chopped), smoked bacon (about 125 g), pineapple (peeled), fresh spinach and goat cheese (55 (Bettine Blanc) )).

Directions

  1. Mix 3 tbsp oil, lime juice and chives into a dressing.
  2. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon in about 4 minutes, turn halfway. Drain on kitchen paper.
  3. Remove the hard core from the pineapple. Cut the flesh into slices that are as thin as possible. Divide into 4 plates.
  4. Make the spinach with the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the bacon and the pineapple. Crumble the goat cheese over it. Serve immediately. Tasty with grilled chicken breast and rice.
