Directions

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces.
  2. Finely chop half of the gingerballs and cut the other gingerballs into wafer-thin slices.
  3. Put the pieces of chocolate in a bowl and hang them in a pan over a layer of boiling water.
  4. Let the chocolate melt and stir regularly.
  5. When all the chocolate has melted, remove the bowl from the pan and stir the orange zest with the sesame seeds and the finely chopped ginger through the chocolate.
  6. Scoop with a spoonful of chocolate on the baking tray with parchment paper and let it flow to flakes.
  7. Press them slightly flat with the convex side of the spoon.
  8. Press the slices of ginger into the cans.
  9. Let the chocolate flakes in the refrigerator fully stiffen in 1 hour.
  10. Serve the cans in a nice dish.
