Saltimbocca shorts
A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, sage (from bag of fresh Italian spice mix 20 g), veal schnitzels, freshly ground black pepper, Parma ham, olive oil, Marsala (liquor and or dry white wine).

Sage sage leaves in thin strips.

Place the schnitzels next to each other and grind the pepper above.

Sprinkle half of sage over it.

Cover the schnitzels with a slice of ham, press firmly.

Cut cutlets and, on the other hand, grind a little pepper.

Scatter leftover sage and cover again with slice of ham.

Leave cutlets for 5 minutes so that ham can stick to meat.

Cut each schnitzel with sharp knife into 4 long strips and sting them on zigzags.

Cover skewers with oil.

Large frying pan with non-stick coating and skewers, if necessary in portions, in 4-5 min.

Pour wine over it and evaporate on high heat, skewers always turn.

Place skewers on a warm dish and serve immediately..
