Thaw the broad beans. Chop the onion and finely chop the parsley.

Puree the broad beans and chickpeas in the food processor with the eggs, onion, parsley and sesame seeds.

Press the garlic above and season with cumin, coriander, chilli powder and a lot of salt.

Take each time a small spoon of the mixture, put it in the flour and then roll a ball the size of a walnut.

Let the balls rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Heat the oil in the fryer to 175 ° C. Fry the balls in portions of 4-5 golden brown in approx. 3 min. Drain them on kitchen paper.
