Light the barbecue.

Put the flour, salt and yogurt in a bowl and knead into a cohesive dough.

Divide into 8 portions and push into flat rolls of approx. 10 cm diameter.

Grill 3-5 minutes on the grid until crispy and golden brown. Turn, sprinkle with the oil and sprinkle with the salt. Grill for 3-5 minutes. Serve warm, lukewarm or cold.
