A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: ripe figs, balsamic vinegar, soft goat cheese (Bettine Blanc), salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Wash figs, cut into the top halfway and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Put the cheese into figs and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the figs in a bowl.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting. Figs for approx. 7 minutes grilling and melting cheese.
