A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: red onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), red wine vinegar, light brown caster sugar, extra virgin olive oil, dried chili pepper (crumbled), vine tomatoes (in pieces), sundried tomatoes (in oil), finely chopped), fresh mint (finely chopped) and fresh basil (finely chopped).

Leave the onion in vinegar with garlic for 5 minutes.

To stir sugar through onions mixture.
