Broad beans with marjoram and coppa di parma
A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, broad beans (fresh (about 600 g, topped)), coppa di Parma, olive oil (with garlic chillies), marjoram (fresh and finely chopped).

Cut the coppa into strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the coppa. Remove the copper strips from the pan and a piece of kitchen paper. Scoop the broad beans and the marjoram through the fat in the pan and add 3 tbsp water and salt to taste. Put the lid on the pan and roast the broad beans in approx. 8 min. Gently until done.

Season the beans with freshly ground pepper and allow the moisture in the pan to evaporate slightly. Put the broad beans in a bowl and sprinkle the coppa over it. Tasty with pork, burgers or croquettes.
