Broccoli and cauliflower with herbs
Recipe to give your Dutch vegetables a nice Italian touch.

Cut the florets of the cauliflower and the broccoli.

Cook the cauliflower leaves in 5 minutes until al dente.

Add the broccoli florets after 1 min.

Drain and shake with oil and Italian spice mix.
