Christmas tree pasties
Pieces in the shape of a Christmas tree filled with a mixture of eggs, creme fraiche and chicken served with cheese.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Beat the eggs with the crème fraîche and stir in the chicken fillet.

Divide the filling over the patties and spread the cheese over it. Sprinkle with the herbs and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven until golden brown and done. Cover after approx. 12 min loosely with aluminum foil if the patties get too dark.
