A nice Chinese recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: broccoli (in florets), snow peas (picked up), peanut oil, garlic (finely chopped), hoisin sauce and dry sherry.

Directions

  1. Broccoli and pea pods with plenty of boiling water for 3 minutes.
  2. Rinse in colander under cold running water and allow to drain.
  3. Heat in wok oil and bake garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Broccoli and pea pods through it and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add hoisin sauce and sherry and stir well for about 3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper..
