Broccoli nut with yellow rice
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: yellow rice (325 g), ready-to-eat green beans (500 g), salt and pepper, spring onions, butter or margarine, Tivall broccoli nits (with Gouda cheese a ca. 220 g) and chive sauce (a 250 ml ).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Boil the beans for about 7 minutes in little water with salt.

Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.

Heat butter in frying pan.

Broccoli zizzle fry golden brown in about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.

Brush the spring onion with chive sauce.

Season with salt and pepper.

Drain rice, leave for 5 minutes, and stir-fry beans through rice.

Directly serve rice with schnitzels and chive-forest sauce..
