Broccoli nut with yellow rice


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: yellow rice (325 g), ready-to-eat green beans (500 g), salt and pepper, spring onions, butter or margarine, Tivall broccoli nits (with Gouda cheese a ca. 220 g) and chive sauce (a 250 ml ).

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Boil the beans for about 7 minutes in little water with salt.
  3. Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.
  4. Heat butter in frying pan.
  5. Broccoli zizzle fry golden brown in about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Brush the spring onion with chive sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Drain rice, leave for 5 minutes, and stir-fry beans through rice.
  9. Directly serve rice with schnitzels and chive-forest sauce..
