Grilled deer steak from tabasco
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, orange, oil, ground cumin (djinten), tabasco, venison steaks, sunflower seeds, beef tomatoes (skinned and in pieces), spring onions (in rings) and coriander (finely chopped).

Orange brooms and grate 2/3 of zest. Squeezing orange. In low bowl half of juice, three quarters of grater, 2 tbsp oil, cumin and a few drops of tabasco stir together. Stir in steak and marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature. Roast sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan. Cool on plate. Meanwhile, heating the grill pan. Halves halve tomatoes and cut slices with 1 tbsp oil. Cook tomatoes in a grill pan over medium heat in 4 min. On both sides until lightly browned and finely crush in a bowl. Mix tomato sauce with spring onions, coriander, 1 tbsp orange juice and the rest of grater. Season with tabasco and salt.

Heat up the grill pan. Remove steak from marinade and brown in half an hour and rosé on the inside. Place steaks on four plates. Sprinkle sunflower seeds and salt over it, serve with sauce. Tasty with roasted pumpkin.
