Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and gently fry the onions in five minutes.

Cut the meat into cubes of four cm.

Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper.

Scoop the cubes through the onions and fry them around brown.

Sprinkle the flour over it and bake for another two minutes.

Then add the fond and heat while stirring.

Cook the meat covered in an hour gently cooked.

Cut the mushrooms in four.

Heat the rest of the butter in a frying pan at the end of the cooking time and brown the mushrooms on a high heat, letting the moisture evaporate.

Stir in the whipped cream and mushrooms through the meat and continue to heat.

Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg and stir in fresh mint and parsley.
