Broccoli puree with catalan sausages
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, broccoli, yellow pepper, tomatoes, butter, Catalan bratwurst (a 6 pieces) and mashed potatoes with chives and crème fraîche (pack of 3 bags).

Divide broccoli into florets, peel the skins and cut into slices.

Clean pepper, cut into quarters and then into narrow strips.

Cut tomatoes into pieces.

Melt butter in frying pan and sausage in 15 min.

On medium heat brown and cooked through.

Baste last 5 min.

Pepper strips and pieces of tomato.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, boil broccoli in plenty of boiling water with salt in 5-6 minutes.

Prepare mashed potatoes according to the instructions for use.

Drain broccoli, coarsely ground and mix with puree.

Spread the puree over four plates and put 3 sausages on each plate.
