Broccoli soup with seafood
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onions, garlic, broccoli, butter, vegetable soup base (255 ml), fruits de mer (fish, a 150 g), crème fraîche and multigrain baguette.

Peel and chop onions and garlic.

Clean broccoli, cut into pieces in roses and stems.

Fry onion and garlic in 25 g butter in large soup pan.

Base for vegetable soup, add 1 liter of water and broccoli and cook gently for 10 minutes.

Simmer soup with bar blender and season with salt and pepper.

Stir in the fish.

Spread the soup over four plates and create a medium spoonful of crème fraîche.

Serve with baguette and butter leftover..
