  1. Pour 400 ml of water into a pan that the chicken just fits. Add the soy sauce, honey, sherry and lemon. Cut the unpeeled ginger into slices and add. Bring to boil. Remove from the heat and place the chicken in the pan. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes. Times regularly.
