Chinese Chicken
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, Japanese soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), liquid honey, medium dry sherry (bottle 1 liter), lemon (in slices), fresh ginger (bag 150 g) and whole chicken (approx 1.2 kg) ).

Pour 400 ml of water into a pan that the chicken just fits. Add the soy sauce, honey, sherry and lemon. Cut the unpeeled ginger into slices and add. Bring to boil. Remove from the heat and place the chicken in the pan. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes. Times regularly.
