Heat the olive oil and fry the salami strips 2-3 minutes. Remove them from the pan.

Stir fry the fennel, bell pepper and garlic for 3-4 minutes.

Add the tomato cubes with juice and simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle al dente.

Add the salami, herbs and pepper and salt to taste with the vegetable sauce. Serve it with the tagliatelle.
