Cod with curry coconut sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cod fillets (frozen, bag of 750 g), quick-cooking rice, tomatoes, herb paste (for green curry (a 100 g tray)), creamy coconut milk, flour, sunflower oil and Chinese vegetable mix (400 g).

Thaw the fish according to the instructions.

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes.

In a saucepan, mix 2 tbsp curry paste with coconut milk and heat gently.

Dab fish and wallow through flour.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and bake fish for 8 min.

Add tomatoes to sauce and heat them up.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Heat in wok rest of oil, stir vegetables for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Serve rice with fish, sauce and vegetables..
