Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Cut the mozzarella into slices and the red onion into half rings. Drain the tuna.

Place the pizza bottoms on baking trays or grids. Brush with the pesto and divide the mozzarella, tuna and onion.

Sprinkle the capers, pepper and salt over it.

Fry the pizzas one above the other in the oven in about 12 minutes until golden brown and done. Put them on the plates and spread the arugula over them. Sprinkle with the oil.
