A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pangasius fillet, smoked bacon, leek, cooked mussels, olive oil (to be covered), Zaanse mustard (or mussel sauce (pot)) and Amsterdam (onions).

Cut the pangasius fillet into cubes of 2 cm and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut the bacon in half lengthwise and cut the leek into pieces of 2 cm. Thread the pangasius fillet, mussels and leeks alternately on the skewers. Baste the bacon zigzagging. Brush the shashlik thinly with oil and store it on a dish covered in the refrigerator.

Place the skewers on a greased griddle over moderately hot fire and grill them for 6-8 min. Until done; times regularly. Serve the shashlik with mussel sauce or Zaanse mustard and onions.
