Broccoli stew with cheese
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: crumbly potatoes, broccoli, onion, salt, cheese, butter or margarine and coarse mustard.

Peel and wash potatoes.

Wash the broccoli and divide it into florets.

Peel the broccoli stalks and cut into slices.

Peel and finely chop onions.

Fry about 3 1/2 dl of water and salt potatoes and onion for approx.

10 minutes in a pan.

Add broccoli stalks and boil for about 5 minutes.

Add the broccoli florets and cook until about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, cut cheese crusts and cut cheese into small cubes.

Pour the potato mixture over the bowl.

Puree everything with puree stew.

Add butter and mustard.

Add as much cooking liquid as possible to create a smooth stew.

Create cheese cubes through it..
