Cauliflower with green pepper
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: cauliflower, green peppers (cleaned), coriander ((15 g), only the leaves), basil ((20 g), only the leaves), red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, white raisins, olive oil, hazelnuts (95 g), rocket (75 g) and white cheese cubes ((200 g) crumbled).

Ingredients
- Baking flour
- 2 green peppers cleaned up
- 1 tray coriander (15 g), only the leaves
- 1 tray basil (20 g), only the leaves
- 4 el Red wine vinegar
- 4 el extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g white raisins
- 2 el olive oil
- 1 tray hazelnuts 95 g
- 1 bag arugula 75 g
- 1 package white cheese cubes (200 g) crumbled

Cut the cauliflower into slices of 1/2 cm. Cut it fine with a kitchen knife or in the food processor. Put the cauliflower in a large bowl. Cut the bell pepper into strips and place the herbs. Cut the peppers and herbs as finely as possible with a kitchen knife or in the food processor. Add the paprika mixture with the vinegar and extra virgin olive oil to the cauliflower. Add pepper, salt and the raisins. Leave covered for 30 minutes.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the nuts until golden brown in 3 minutes. Cool slightly on a plate. Mix the arugula through the cauliflower and sprinkle the white cheese cubes and nuts over it. Delicious with multigrain baguette.
