Crispy chicken, vegetable sorrel and apple sauce
Applesauce, fries of vegetables and chicken with a crust.
- 600 g Oven vegetable fresh vegetable grass
- 300 g chicken filet cheese
- 40 g cheese biscuits puff pastry
- 20 g fresh flat parsley
- 2 el traditional olive oil
- 60 g unroasted walnuts
- 350 g stewed apples on apple juice
- 390 g Apple sauce
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
Divide the vegetable fries over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake them over the center of the oven in approx. 20 minutes. Change regularly.
Meanwhile, put the chicken in the baking dish.
Grind the cheese biscuits with the parsley, oil and nuts in the food processor.
Distribute over the chicken and press. Place the fries under the center of the oven and fry the chicken over the middle in about 10 minutes until done.
Let the apples drain, collect the juice. Cut the apples into equal sections.
Heat a frying pan without oil or butter. Fry the apple slices with 3 tbsp juice for 2 minutes on a high heat.
Turn down the heat and add the apple sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the apple sauce with the nuts and serve with the crispy chicken and fries. Garnish with the parsley.
