Hamburger with arugula-bean salad


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Opperdoezer Round potatoes (a 2 kg), green beans, garlic, olive oil, hamburgers, balsamic vinegar (bottle 250 ml), onions (in rings) and rocket (75 g).

Directions

  1. Clean the potatoes, cut them into parts and cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  3. Meanwhile, light the barbecue.
  4. Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans.
  5. Press 1 clove of garlic and mix it with 1 tbsp oil, add pepper and salt to taste.
  6. Brush the burgers with the garlic oil.
  7. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the potato parts in approx.
  8. 12 min.
  9. Until golden brown.
  10. Cut the second toe of garlic coarsely and scoop them at the last.
  11. Cook the green beans in 6 minutes until al dente, rinse them under cold running water.
  12. Grill the burgers on both sides for about 4 minutes on the barbecue.
  13. Beat a dressing of the rest of the oil, the vinegar and pepper and salt to taste and scoop through the salad.
  14. Divide the salad, hamburgers and garlic potatoes over 4 plates..
