Directions

  1. Fry the baguettes according to the instructions on the package and leave them to cool.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl with some salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large frying pan with non-stick coating and allow the clotted egg to solidify. Divide the cheese over it and let it melt with the lid on the pan.
  3. Meanwhile, mix the lettuce with the cucumber, onion rings and dressing.
  4. Cut the bread rolls in half lengthwise. Put a piece of omelette on each half of the sandwich and some mixed salad.
