Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Cut the onion in half rings and the tomatoes in half slices. Halve the potatoes. Cut out 4 square pieces of baking paper.
  3. Halve the lemon, cut half in slices, press the other half. Divide the cod into 4 equal pieces.
  4. Mix the onions, tomato and rocket. Divide half over the pieces of parchment paper and add some pepper.
