Stir-fried pak choi with prawns
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, noodles (250 g), anchovy fillets (48 g), bok choy, onions, garlic, sunflower oil, pink prawns (à 125 g) and sweet soy sauce.

Prepare Mihoen according to instructions.

Cut anchovies into small pieces.

Cut paksoi in half in half, remove hard pieces from the stalk.

Cut left over into thin strips, wash and dry.

Peel onions, halve and cut into half rings.

Garlic peel and chop.

Heat in wok oil.
