Chicken in parma ham with broccoli rice
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, wild and white rice (pack a 500 g), chicken fillets (about 375 g), Parma ham (fresh produce), oil, broccoli, onion and cherry tomatoes (250 g).

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Halve chicken fillets.

Sprinkle chicken fillets with pepper and parmaham to wrap chicken breasts.

Fry 1 tbsp oil in frying pan.

Chicken fillet brown boxes on all sides.

Clean broccoli and divide into small florets.

Smoothly peel and cut into pieces.

Peel and chop onions.

To halve.

Heat in wok rest of oil.

Onion and broccoli stir-fry for 5 minutes.
