Salmon with bok choy
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, wild salmon fillets ((a 750 g), thawed), noodles (250 g), sunflower oil, onion (in half rings), bok choy (in pieces of 2 cm), real (ketjap onion ( bottle 300 ml)) and fried onions (cup 100 g).

Dab the salmon dry and cut into 2 cm pieces. Put the noodle in a bowl and pour 1 1/2 liters of boiling water over it. Let stand for 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the onion 1 min. Add the salmon and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add the paksoi and ketjapmarinadetoe and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Drain the noodle and spread over 4 bowls or deep plates. Divide the salmon with paksoi over the noodles. Sprinkle with the fried onions.
