  2. Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Scare under cold running water and peel and cut into slices.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Halve the peppers in the length, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into thin strips of about ½ cm.
