Leek dish with sweet potato mash

Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into pieces and cook them in plenty of water for 20 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Scare under cold running water and peel and cut into slices.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Halve the peppers in the length, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into thin strips of about ½ cm.

Drain the potatoes and puree together with the goat's cheese.
