Broccoli with croutons and almonds


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: white bread, olive oil, almond shavings and broccoli (in florets).

Directions

  1. Cut the crusts of the bread and cut the bread into cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cubes in 5 min.
  3. Until golden brown and crunchy croutons.
  4. Add halfway the almond shavings.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and leave to cool on a plate.
  6. Cook the broccoli in a little water with salt in 4 minutes until al dente.
  7. Drain and sprinkle with the croutons..
