Cut the broccoli into florets. Peel the stalk and cut into cubes. Cook in 3-4 minutes until al dente.

Heat the oil in the woks and stir in the curry powder and chilli powder. Cut the onion into wedges and stir-fry in 2-3 min.

Drain the broccoli and scoop through the onion. Stir fry for 2 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
