Broth with tortellini
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, meat fondue (380 ml), meat broth tablet, tortellini verdi (con ricotta e spinaci, 250 g), oregano, parsley, freshly ground pepper and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Bring the meat fondue to the boil with 3/4 liters of water.
Bouillon cube in long distance liner.
Add tortellini and boil just under 8 minutes.
Peel oregano and parsley over soup finely.
Season the soup with pepper.
Create soup in four plates or bowls.
Sprinkle cheese over the soup..
