Chocolate brownie for 1 person in a mug

30 g unsalted butter or margarine
3 el wheat flour
3 el dark brown sugar
1 bag vanilla sugar

1,5 el cocoa powder
1 medium sized egg
3 el semi skimmed milk

Kitchen Stuff

1 microwave-proof mug (250 ml)

Directions

Put the butter in the mug and melt for 30 seconds. in the microwave at full power (800 watts).
Add the flour, caster sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa, egg and milk and stir into a smooth mixture with a fork.
Put the mug in the microwave and heat for 3-4 minutes at full power (800 watts).
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
