Brownies with almond flour, dates and pecans

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan. Grate the zucchini and chop the nuts coarsely.

Put the coconut oil, dates, cacao nibs, cocoa and eggs in the food processor and quickly turn into a fine, cohesive dough.

Put the dough in a bowl. Fold in the almonds flour, salt and baking powder. Stir in the zucchini and pecans.

Line the shape with baking paper. Put the batter in the form and smooth the top. Cook in the oven for about 30 minutes.
