Peanut butter fudge
Fudge of lime, crystal sugar, coconut milk and peanut butter sea salt caramel.
Place a sheet of parchment paper in the mold or oven dish. Clean the lime and grate the green skin of the lime.
Bring the sugar with the coconut milk into a saucepan while stirring. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and the lime zest.
Scoop into the mold and allow to cool to room temperature. Let stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut into 32 pieces.
