Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Melt the coconut oil. Beat the egg and break the chocolate into pieces.

Mix the flour, muesli, baking powder, caster sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, vanilla flavor, coconut oil and the salt in a bowl and stir well.
