Grind the cookies in the food processor, melt the butter and stir well through the cookie crumbs.

Place a large sheet of parchment paper in the spring form and spread the cake mixture evenly over the bottom.

Clean the lime, grate the green skin off and squeeze out the fruit. Stir the sugar through the custard powder and heat the milk.

Beat the powder through the hot milk with the whisk and let it simmer for 3 minutes on low heat.

Stir in the lime juice and the lime zest and pour this mixture into the tart mold.

Clean the strawberries, leave the smallest whole and cut the large in half.

Divide the strawberries over the custard and allow the cake to cool for at least 3 hours and stiffen in the refrigerator.
