Caramelized strawberry tarts with balsamic vinegar and gorgonzola

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grease the muffin mold. Remove the crowns and halve from the strawberries. Cut the gorgonzola into pieces.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the strawberries with the sugar and let caramelize. Add the balsamic vinegar.

Meanwhile, cut the puff pastry into one piece per person and cover the cavities in the muffin form with the puff pastry.

Divide the gorgonzola and strawberries. Bake for about 15 minutes in the middle of the oven. Remove the tarts from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, finely chop the pistachios. Sprinkle the cooled strawberry tarts with the pistachio nuts and serve.
